Amen for  Mobile speak 4 with a cell phone. I have it with my HTC Ozone. 
Today, I just got a folding almost-full-size keyboard that connects via 
Bluetooth. I can now read and respond to email while on my long commute to 
and from work. Yes, I know it's off-topic, but I didn't know what I was 
missing till I had this.
