Visionary Personnel, a 501c3 non-profit organization, would like you to send out this two part announcement.

Visionary Personnel is a free membership grassroots non-profit organization, and our mission is to assist people with visual impairment gain meaningful well paying employment in professional occupations such as accounting, social work, teaching, and counseling. To facilitate a conversation about the best methods to create new jobs, our group started a twitter account called @blindjobs Tell us about your career goals or read job announcements.

Second, Visionary Personnel is a national organization developing a resume bank. Our organization applies for federal government contracts and then hires individuals from the resume bank to staff those projects. We need social entrepenuers to start state chapters in all 50 states. Each state rehabilitation agency has a process by which clients can apply for assistance to become self-employed or start a business. However, most if not all states do not prohibit clients from using the program to start a non-profit organization. Visionary Personnel will assist individuals complete state rehabilitation applications, proposals, and business plans. If you are interested, please e-mail beattie.visionarypersonnel at yahoo.com.
