Sarah, good to have you on the list. My undergrad degree is in pastoral 
studies and my Master's is in counseling. I now work as director of 
Disability Services at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN.

I think you will get a lot of good suggestions about paperwork and ways to 
deal with body language.
