[humanser] Convention agenda for Dallas

Hi, all. Just a thought to consider; I think we mean "ideas" rather than 
"ideals." Hope it's okay to point out this recurring typo/spelling goof. 
Thanks for your work in planning the convention meeting for the Human 
Services division.
