Hello Tosha,

While I do not know specifically about this software package, I do know that 
using JAWS or WindowEyes scripts most such programs can be used.  I use two 
hospital-based record systems at my hospital-based job.  One is based on a 
MS Access foundation, the other is not, however with some tweking by 
professionals who write these scripts or apps it can be made to work.  I had 
my state's Blind Services contract the programming job and the results have 
served me well.
