[humanser] Screen Access Software and Licensing Exam

Thanks for verifying that, Suzanne; the ones with which I am familiar are,
so there is simply no excuse for  them not to be accessible with a screen
reader or screen magnification, and these companies make a pot of money
administering the things, so proving hardship, IMO, would be difficult.
