Hi Serena,
I recently took the Pennsylvania state Civil Service exam for social workers. Since they were unable to provide Braille, using JAWS and a reader was an acceptable alternative for me. I did not encounter any diagrams or graphs which needed described. My reader was very monotone when reading optoins or when I needed a question clarified. I wish you the best on your exam.
