[humanser] Drivers license requirement for employment

Ashley,

It changes because, years back, the blind at Mass. Commission had drivers. 
Later they must have had budget cuts, or something, and one needed to drive 
themselves, and the counselors became sighted people.  The rehab teachers 
out here are no longer blind.  In CT, two people I know had drivers to cover 
a territory.  The driver could mark a microwave with directions from the 
blind rehab person.  Neither of these people are now working, they retired, 
though they probably know about the driving situation.
