[humanser] Drivers license requirement for employment

Oh, Car, hope the finger keeps up well for me.  Once I cut it and, which a 
band-aid, it wasn't so easy reading. The contractions, alphabet, any other 
part of Braille teaching is fine for me, but heaven help me do the two 
handed and more fingers deal correctly enough to teach it to anyone.
