Hello and Welcome:


My best advice is to talk to working addiction counselors. Look for those 
who carry CAC or more advanced certifications. Most professionals in the 
field should be glad to offer you suggestions on which programs have been 
most helpful. The blindness issue should be less important than to find the 
program that best fits you. There will be blindness challenges at most 
schools, however none should prove insurmountable.

Some of the addictions counselors on the list may have clearer suggestions.
