[humanser] looking for anyone using Profiler or MSDP forms

Hello List,

As a clinician in Massachusetts, I have inaccessibility issues with forms
and an electronic health record program used at my agency.  The electronic
health record system is called Profiler; the forms are being used by some
agencies in my state, and are not state forms.  The forms are called
Massachusetts Standardized Documentation Program. I want to know how people
using MSDP and/or Profiler are coping?
