Gerardo,
Yes, the idea for testimonials or statements that lend understanding to the
professional and professionalism is important. I really like that idea.
Someone spoke to a resource cache and that is vital, too. Often we can feel
alone in a struggle and having a "go to" place to identify resources would
be great.
