[humanser] Drivers license requirement for employment

Angelina,

So far I can't find it on my computer, though I may have saved it where I
have not looked. Well, I may need to check back in archives, too.

What I notice is many places wanting bilingual (English/Spanish) and I
certainly am not fluent. Learning new words appears harder now I have a
hearing loss.
