If it wasn't in the job requirements, then he is not correct. It should
have been in the job requirements.

Hi all,

Has anyone encountered something similar to this? ... I had a job interview
yesterday to be a case manager at a partial care program for the mentally
ill. As soon as I walked in, the director said the job required driving.
He asked me some relevant questions about my resume, but mostly asked how
I'd do documentation and other things as a blind person. He again
reiterated how the job supposedly required driving. That was it. Driving
wasn't mentioned anywhere in the newspaper ad where I found the job posting!
