[humanser] Drivers license requirement for employment

To get away with requiring a drivers license a company must show that driving is an east sensual function. That is you must be driving other people such as clients or driving to remote locations or some other such thing. Driving is not an essential function if you are simply required to transport your self from place to place. There are many other methods of transportation you can use.
