[humanser] Inaccessible Health records and Licensure Exams

Dear Mary,

 

As you no doubt know, ACB has a division that serves a similar purpose to
the humanserv Division of NFB, so I am wondering if you would mind if I
forward this to that list?  It is currently rebuilding, and I believe the
more power we can exert, the better whether or not we are affiliated with
either organization, but I shall not do so if this is yo9ur wish.
