It did go to all. I emailed the sender privately about 5-10 minutes
ago. I would call him if I knew where. Someone should make sure he is
reached ASAP, the credentials canceled ASAP, and if possible though I
doubt it is, the messsage is removed from archives. Mailing list
messages can be archived, become accessible from Google, etc.

Someone please write back here to tell us when this is resolved, to
avoid the likely impending flood of concerned missives...
