Hi,

The DSM 5 is at Bookshare and the $50 membership fee is cheaper than the 
paperback edition, also, there are lots of supporting materials there as 
well.

Are you subscribed to bookshare.org?  If not, that's $50 per year for
everyone except students.  It's free for students.  The DSM-IV-TR is
on there as a downloadable Braille file.  I haven't had to look for
the DSM-V yet.
