Hi List:

Several have asked me for copies of my Mood Charts, so I thought I’d just send them to everyone.

Here are, attached, 4 mood charts.  The first is an Excel document, the others are PDF documents.  

I most commonly use the Excel chart.  It has days 1 to 31 across the top and down the left side ranges of Mood/Affect.  I like to identify life events that may contribute to the mood & Affect.  I have patients take them home and report weekly on their findings.

Of course I haven’t checked that this list allows for attachments, so let me know if these don’t go through!
