[humanser] Recording for note taking

As for recording from a phone inside a purse or other hidden place, in many states it is a third degree felony to make an audio recording without the informed consent of all parties if there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. If you are in a public place, such as a bus, on the sidewalk, or in a store, there is no expectation of privacy. However, in the workplace, home, on the telephone, or other place where there is an expectation of privacy, such recordings are illegal!
Fraternally yours,
Marion Gwizdala

Hi – why not take notes with a braille note taker? Or why not simply record on your phone from inside your purse and no one would ever know? Everyone else seems to be using their phones for this purpose. Smile. Karen
