Karen,
Thank you for your advice. I am blind following a stroke and my fine motor skills and lack of sensation in my finger tips limit my braille access to jumbo braille. I am unable to use braille for this note taking process. Regarding hiding my phone on my person, I recognize that covert tactic as illegal so I would not make that move. I do use my I phone to record and only in instances when no client info is being discussed.

Hi – why not take notes with a braille note taker? Or why not simply record on your phone from inside your purse and no one would ever know? Everyone else seems to be using their phones for this purpose. Smile. Karen
