Congratulations on your potential job! :)
I use Kurzweil (sp?) 100 software that lets you scan typed pages into
the computer. I save the Kerzweil documents into Microsoft Word. Are
you a client of the Commission for the Blind? This agency is
sometimes called a rehab agency. The name varies by state. If you
are, they should purchase Kerzweil software for you. I haven't used a
Braille embosser in several years, since I have a BrailleNote, so
don't have a need to emboss documents into Braille. Hopefully, others
on the list know which embossers are good quality these days and have
the answers to your other questions.
