Michael,
I appreciate your respect. I respect you and trust your experience,
knowledge and willingness to share what you have to new professionals
and students in the field.
We all need to take time to share with one another so that we can grow
and that our field will grow and be enriched by the diversity within.
It we remain silent, than how can we effect change.
