Hi Justin, 
Office 365 or Outlook 365 are not very good with JAWS 15 or 16. 
My workplace migrated to Office 365 and I had the most difficult time. I
even investigated with Freedom Scientific to get answers. 
I have a special exception and have Office 2013 to do all my work. 
The Office 365 in the cloud should remain in the cloud no need to come down.
