When I tried that in Jaws, it said it wasn't installed. I wonder what I have to do? I don't think the accessibility features in Adobe will read an image.

Hi Mary and all,

Looks like others have tackled the scanning part.  I think you should turn on the accessibility features in Adoby, (sp?) if they're not on already.  Usually, when you first download Adoby, it recognizes Jaws and asks you if you want to use its accessibility features for Jaws and other screen readers.  It recommends some for you and I've found that those are fine for me, as a good Jaws user who isn't a tech guru.
