Janice,
It is nice to know that you are right here in Bowie. Where are you applying?
What is the population with whom you prefer to work?
Mary

I did not know there were several therapists so close to me.
I live in Bowie, MD.

I am studying for the MD ethics test so I can receive my LGPC or Licensed
Graduate Professional Counselor certificate. I have been looking for a job
to find supervision to complete my 3000 hours.
However, I absolutely need health insurance with a drug plan unless I go
state once I lose my Medicare/Medical Assistance related disability with a
full-time job.

I am Deaf-Blind but lost my hearing and vision later in life. But if I wait
another 12 years then I will officially be eligible for Medicare.
That is a scare thought with NO retirement plan or life insurance. I have a
strong desire to work and help others.

I have treated Vietnam Veterans, neurological patients and Intellectually
and Developmentally Disabled patients during my graduate career.

Due to health problems, I may not go to convention this year either but I am
trying to figure out a way-Lord willing if I could since I missed last year
due to pneumonia.
