[humanser] Culture and DSM5

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition 
(DSM5)  is used for classifying Psychiatric diseases.  It is put out by 
the American Psychiatric Association (APA)

It listed diseases that different cultural can experience and their 
names as known in those cultures.

However, the DSM5 does not provide treatment recommendations.
