Sorry for the delayed response.  For some reason messages are being sent to
my junk file...all of a sudden.  I might suggest having the mother call he
state president of the NFB in SC and they may be able to also connect her
with the Parents Division of that State or directly refer her to the
Parents' Division on the National level.
