Hello,
	I signed up for the site successfully. It took a little to do it,
but I was successful.
	The first thing that I noticed is that I went on Internet Explorer.
Sometimes the browser makes a difference. I am not advocating one over the
other, but sometimes this works.
	The second thing that I did was to turn on the edit feature to edit
the box when filling in the box and then tab to the next box. When you
arrive at the box, turn off the edit feature (in Jaws just hit the + key or
virtual PC cursor activation button) so that you can read the information
necessary to complete the box. Then turn back on the edit feature in the
edit box and repeat the process until you have completed all the boxes.
	A thing to remember as you are navigating these boxes is that the IE
functions are still active and you may leave the site unintentionally. Don't
use the backspace key to delete a letter or number that you mistakenly
insrerted as this will take you back to the previous page.
	Also, when you finish completing all the boxes, exit the edit
feature and tab to the complete button. The button is not labeled as a
button nor is it labled as a link, so just tab until you are at the complet
button and press enter. This should complete the process.

Hello All,

 

I have had a difficult time subscribing to a newsletter, Smart Brief, put
out from the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).  After some time
I figured out to subscribe you must use the arrow keys  not the tab key.  If
you use the tab key the form fields will not be read. 

After my success at subscribing I was then sent an email to fill out a
profile.  I found that using the arrow keys were the key to reading the form
fields until I was in dialogue boxes that need me to arrow through.  The
only way out of the boxes were to use the tab key and then I could not read
the next dialogue box and was not able to complete the profile.

 

I am requesting that others on this list please try this process to share if
you are able to complete the profile section and to let me know how you
obtained this.  If not, I would like to know this as well.
