Hi Serena, yes you could try that but before you try the jaws cursor I would 
first try to read it out of the form mode. The form mode is when you are 
tabbing to those edit boxes asking you for your info and all you have to do 
is start typing. You can get out of that mode by hitting the pc cursor 
button which is the + button on the numb keypad. When you are out of that 
edit/form mode then arrow up or sometimes down and hopefully it will read 
what they are asking you to type in. Note that if you are out of the 
form/edit mode and you arrow into the edit field it will automatically turn 
on the edit mode. You will here a pop sound indicating when you get in and 
out of edit mode. When you get in edit mode it will have a higher pitch pop 
noise and a lower pitch when you get out. This is how it will react assuming 
that you have not changed any of the default settings in Jaws.
