[humanser] accessibility of uber and lyft app

Quinto,
While I cannot tell you which ride app is more accessible I can tell you
that, as a whole, the Uber app works fine. I've discovered that when I want
to request an Uber ride I will say, "request Uber". When I say, "open the
Uber app" I find it takes many tries to request a ride. I'm not sure if this
a quirk or a bug as I haven't heard others mention this issue.

Hey Qdog!
I have a friend at my chapter that uses it all the time with his
Iphone. He claims it is great! I don't use it myself, but I plan to do so
soon!

I'm just wondering of how accessible are the apps with voice over to order a
ride from uber or lyft. I'm curious to know which app is more accessible or
are they equaly accessible/inaccessible. Thanks for sharing your
experiences.
