I think the problem is that she needs to do more then describe. She actually needs to learn – about her own body and about the body of men. Hands on would be preferred. Has anyone had experience with using 3D printers to create models? Karen

Each time the instructor does not make a particular point verbally clear, she should immediately ask that the point be made verbally clear. Also, if any exams have diagrams in any answers to questions, I would suggest that you tell her to request that the instructor allow her to answer the question in written words rather than diagrams. Yes, we do live in a sighted world and need to do things in that medium as far as possible, however, the important thing is that we are able to understand as well as sighted people, the educational content of college classes.

She is uncomfortable with the class discussion of sexuality particularly at times when the instructor is disgusting human sexual Biology utilizing PowerPoint presentation's. I am wondering if anyone knows of anatomically correct models and if so where she might obtain them. Alternatively I am considering the possibility that she might be able to scan the PowerPoint slides and then utilize a 3D printer to make models? Any help much appreciated – Karen Rose MFT
