No, I haven't read that book. Is it accessible? Not many professional psych
books are, that I know of.
You are right, that is what I want to do, bring her out and help her relax.

One psychotherapist to another. What a lovely girl! Have her bring her 
favorite music and you both listen to it and talk about whatever. You 
may get to know her better that way and find out what really moves her 
heart. Oh, and have you read James Hillman's "The Soul's Code: In 
Search of Character and Calling?"
