Yes, I gathered that from your original message. ☺ goodness, I don't know the last time I was advised by a prospective employer to complete a hand written application. As in your case, there are definitely pros and cons to the ever-popular online applications as a job seeker who is visually impaired.
If you are able to have someone like a friend assist you via phone or in person, they can navigate the online application and insert the information you provide on your behalf.
