I really don't know how to help you with the computer stuff. I never solve that problem when I did some work with the Salvation Army. That was a nightmare major part of my internship. I wish you the best with your first client coming up and perhaps the client might feel empowered if they can't think of a questionnaire accommodation.  My clients didn't mind having an old-fashioned tape recorder with mini cassettes . I always ask permission and told them that it was just a backup in case I didn't get pertinent information written down to remind myself. And yes, I did tell them about my visual impairment. I never had a client freak out about it. Some told me they felt more comfortable sharing! I hope things go well for you Sara.
