[humanser] Marrakesh Treaty Ratified by 20 countries!

What I don't know is what the 20 countries are...   Is the US in yet??   I think this means that there is, in effect, free trade of literature between the 20 countries but maybe not anyone else...   I'll find out.   The Us has the richest supply of accessible written material, of course.

So we are getting there!!!
