[humanser] Introducing myself and a question to counselors

Hello all,
Thanks for your warm welcomings and sharing your experiences.
I am glad to know that Pearson VUE will be at the convention. Maybe we
can have some progress. It is also hopeful for me to know that some
people were able to take the exam in a real accessible form.
At this point NBCC denies that some people have taken the exam on a
computer with a screen reader. My friend called them, and they said it
never happened.

Now they want an answer from me. They only provide the reader option.
Although I submitted a written request and explained on the phone and
with an additional e-mail, they don’t provide any other option. They
asked me whether I would like to continue with the reader option or
not. The other option is not continuing the process for them.
At this point I really want NFB to intervene, because, I think I told
what I can tell, and it doesn’t change anything.
