[humanser] organizing scanned files

Hi All: 

 

I'm working from today; using my Pearl Camera & Open Book to scan and
organize resource flyers and business cards. Here are my questions. Should I
save the flyers and the business cards as word documents or open book
documents? How exactly should I organize the business cards and the bag full
of flyers and brochures?
