 Job Description          

 

The ideal candidate is a creative, energetic, positive, self-directed
professional with a proven track record of leadership, fundraising, engaging
and establishing effective outcome-oriented relationships with diverse
constituencies, and successfully and transparently completing projects. Must
be able work effectively with staff and external partners across a variety
of geographic settings and cultural contexts. 

 

 

 

 Qualifications         

 

.5 years senior management experience, including program development,
strategic planning and employee relations preferably at an organization that
provides services to persons with disabilities. .Experience working with
people with disabilities, preferably in an Independent Living Center.
.Experience in obtaining income through grants, government contracts, fees,
foundations, corporations, fundraising events, and individual donors.
Preferred Skills: .Ability to develop, provide leadership and show
commitment to the organization's policies
