Beth,
	I have used the software for more than a year now. I find that the
software is very easy to use and has a good usability. I did not like the
way that families and couples are not given a platform. I did like the
ability to enter payments and billing information. I also like that they
have a live help desk that is available by phone.
	My supervisor is sighted and switched us recently to Simple
Practice. He likes the "at a glance" feature that allows him to see balances
and chart notes all on one page. I found that JAWS works best with Internet
Explorer for both programs. I would recommend Therapy notes over Simple
Practice for usability with JAWS. You can contact me offline if you have any
