[humanser] Diagnostic assessments

No I don't have the program or the code. Things get shifted and
trashed when you move around and especially in a hurry! I know about
the loan fund and we have one. Once I figure out what it is I would
like to purchase, that's my only option. Debt on top of debt. WIsh I
had income to offset that imbalance. Thanks for your assistance!
