I us a scanner connected to my computer. The results are then easily kept
on my PC, information I need such as medical record numbers and the like are
easily copied and pasted into new documents. Also, the information is
redily available if I need an address or a reminder of psychosocial
information.
As my work computer is on a very secure network there are no
confidentiallity issues.
I do use a KNFB reader sometimes for tasks that are less confidential.
Hope this helps.

If you only use the ipad for work and it never leaves your grasp you can
keep them saved in KNFB I'd think. Maybe post to a lawyer page?
