[humanser] Accessible telehealth platform?

All of the major insurance companies are requiring at the station in order to do ~health. Their telehealth attestation states that I have a Hyppa compliant audiovisual conferencing platform. I am rapidly losing money because clients believe that I will work with them by phone when needed as I have always done but insurances will not allow me too for telehealth unless I can attest to having this type of platform. They tell me I should charge my clients private pay unless I can do this. But this would amount to charging clients for seeing a blind therapist since other therapists are able to utilize Hyppa compliant audiovisual conferencing platforms. Karen
