Hello, Deborah,

I was browsing through older messages from this list and this one
caught my attention. I don't know if you are still needing any
information about Titanium, but I am currently doing my Master's
Internship at a university counseling center that uses Titanium and
have some experience with it. I have encountered numerous challenges,
and the center has brought in a script-writer to help make the program
more accessible with JAWS. There are some issues that do not seem to
be able to be scripted, however. These include the viewing of group
schedules (viewing multiple people's schedules at the same time),
reading notifications that pop up when clients check in, cancel, or no
show, etc.

What screen-reading software do you use? If you would like more
information, I'd be happy to let you know some of the work-arounds
I've found. Different clinics use Titanium in different ways, which I
know from my own experience of having used it previously in my
Practicum Clinic and from speaking with a colleague who gave me some
guidance to start with.
