I think incorporating a screen reader into your workflow would increase your 
efficiency and productivity with paperwork.
You could for instance let JAWS do the heavy lifting for you like navigating 
through documents to find specific pieces of information then use your 
magnification to actually read the information in detail. I generally find 
the search key command useful for jumping to specific parts of documents if 
i'm familiar with their layout.
You might consider looking at VFO/Freedom Scientific's package called Fusion 
which is a combination of JAWS and ZoomText in one. Finally, keyboard 
commands are many times found to be faster in many instances than pointing 
and clicking with the mouse.
