As someone who's had dozens of interviews and has taught job readiness, 
I would say keep it simple, don't bear your soul. I have said things 
like "I sometimes worry more than I should" or "I'm decent at computers 
but I'm not intuitive with them, so sometimes I need to go over things 
an extra time." Perhaps I jump to conclusions sometimes when I ought to 
stop and relax.


At any rate, when you say it, be confident but honest. Don't say more 
than one thing; keep it short.
