Cheryl,
Have you tried calling them directly? If so, what did they say? I
have found them to be receptive.
Warmly,

Subject: [humanser] Accessing certificates for American Counseling
Association webinars
Greetings,
I completed 10 webinars through the American Counseling Association, Now, I
want to go back and click on the certificates and upload the information
into an electronic portal. I have found my list of the 10 courses I
completed, but can't access the CE information and the printable
certificates. Does this information go away after a time?
Any ideas?
Thanks.
