Hello again, Elif,

I thought of a couple more questions: how long did it take you to gain
an accessible version of the NCE and to be able to take it? Also, do
you know if this issue would be more or less likely to happen across
state borders? If I am remembering correctly, were you studying in
Ohio? I am in Indiana...
