[HumanSer] What to do as a totally blind bachelor of social work graduate when job descriptions ask for home visits to be done

Hi everyone,
I know that I have asked this question a long time ago, but what do you do as a totally blind (except for light perception) social worker/case manager when a job description includes home visits? How do you work to convince employers and yourself that this can be doable or figured out?
