I am wondering if any of the professionals on this list offer consultation or provide organizational services. I have a service provider with a team of 25 employees who is looking for a professional to offer coping strategies and influences that may motivate team members to healthfully interact with mental health resources. This experience would occur via an electronic platform for CDC compliance so, professional may be based anywhere in the world. Please contact me off llist or back channel if you are available for such a process.
Thanks in advance.
Genuinely,
Mary Tatum Chappell, Psy. D

Candice,
Thank you for your humility and humanity. It is a daunting space to be in and the role of leadership is, obviously, targeted and tough. Thank you for taking up the task and continuing to honor the space that provides the professionals in the role of serving others a productive arena for exchange. Thank you for all those members and seekers who are giving of self in the effort to be engaged, learn, consult and grow. Looking forward to the further directives for the meeting and participation.
Respectfully with reverence,
Mary Tatum Chappell, Psy. D

Greetings Human Services List Members,
I often strive to be as perfect and as human as possible. As you can probably imagine, I often fail at the former, and excel at the latter. I fully accept responsibility for any miscommunication or lack of communication that you have all experienced in the past. While I fail at perfection often, it doesn’t stop me from striving to reach it. The board of directors of the Human Services Division recently had a meeting, and better communication through this list was one of the topics of discussion. Once we have cleared Convention, engagement will be our top priority. The community that we are all a part of means a great deal to me. I hope that you will join with us in making our community the best that it can be. I believe that people are all capable of growth and change. I think that applies to this division as well as the members that it encompasses. I invite you to fully engage in productive communication as we move forward.
Here are some Convention meeting updates, some of which you saw already from our diligent Secretary, Jessica Snyder.
Registration Form & Payment Options:
We are transitioning to a different financial option than we have utilized in the past. This new option will be far more conducive to the banking needs of the Division and will incur far less fees. As such, it is taking some navigating to get the electronic method for taking dues up and running. I anticipate it will be resolved no later than Tuesday, July 7th.Once this is resolved we will attach a link and you will be able to complete the registration form and pay dues.
If an individual would like to simply attend the meeting, that is fine. This has been done at our in person meetings in the past, and will be so for this meeting. While you can attend without paying dues, you may not become a member. Paying the $5 registration fee will cover membership for a year; this is the same fee for new or returning members.
Zoom Link: This is information that I will get to you all as soon as I have it. The National Office is doing all they can to get everything in order so that this Convention can have all the components necessary. As soon as I have a Meeting ID for our Zoom Meeting, so will you.
I think that covers all the things related to our Convention meeting. Please feel free to contact me directly if there’s anything else I can do for you.
My contact information can be found in my signature.
All the best,
Candice
